We had a wonderful stay close to Madrid, perfect for family day trips. The kids loved the nearby parks, and we enjoyed the charming cafes and tapas spots the city has to offer. It was a great mix of relaxation and fun!
In my wife’s opinion, they could improve the bathroom amenities for families. We needed more supplies and softer toilet paper.

would have stayed for longer
The Superior Queen Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, and a minibar. I loved the morning tea service and the clean, bright atmosphere. The fitness center had a steam room and sauna for unwinding. Easy access to the shopping center and a nearby food court made things super convenient.

Convenient location and great breakfast offerings
The breakfast was a highlight, featuring fresh fruits and perfectly prepared coffee to start the day. Additionally, the unique parking elevator made it easy to access the room directly, which was a nice touch. However, a bit more lounge seating in common areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Clean rooms with a nice patio area, allowing some light to flood in, which is a rarity in many hotels. Quick access for business travelers to the main roads and a nearby mall for basic shopping needs make it a convenient spot while needing a break from Madrid's hustle.
Felt overcharged for a room with amenities that didn’t quite cut it. No tea or coffee-making facilities, which would've been a nice touch, and the minibar was empty despite being advertised. The small room size made it a bit cramped, especially combined with the noise from the plumbing, which was louder than expected. Parking also came at an extra fee of €10, leaving a sour taste since it had been indicated otherwise. Not the best for a peaceful getaway with the early morning renovations rattling the peace.

Majadahonda is an absolute gem! The breakfast spread is a culinary delight, especially the fresh fruits and carefully brewed coffee. The location is close to some fantastic local spots like La Tagliatella—perfect for dinner after a day of exploration! Plus, the parking elevator added a cool twist to my stay.
On the flip side, my room was a tad cramped—feeling closer to the toilet than I’d like, and those pipes sure know how to make a racket! Lesson learned, stick to the ground floor for a roomier vibe.

Our stay was fantastic! The garden atrium provides a lovely atmosphere, and the breakfast buffet offered delicious options. Be sure to venture into Majadahonda’s center for amazing tapas and drinks.
